MAC, smashbox, topshop haul!

As a present for doing well in my exams, my mum took me to the staff shop at the airport, where there is a whole wall of discounted cosmetics: mac, ysl, clinique.. everything! Yes, i was literally in heaven!


So, here's what i bought:


-Mac royal assets Keepsake which contained:
-Mac lipglass in "glamoursun"
-Mac blush in "Sunbasque"
-Mac pigment sample in "Shimmertime"
- and Mac softsparkle pencil in "Nightsky"
This was the real bargain, it cost me £12.50 for the whole set !

-Mac solar bits in "Scatterrays" - £9
-Mac e/s in "Evening aura" - £8.50
-Smashbox cream eyeliner in "Image" - £4

also does any one know of the best way to apply the solar bits, as iv found they can be very messy, but such a beautiful colour!

Lipstick: Barry m lip paint in 101

Lipgloss: Today, i just wore vaseline

Nail Colour: Fingers are dynasty by collection 2000 and toes are "coral" by barry m.

Birthday haul!

It was my birthday on sunday, so i thought id share with you some of the goodies i got ..even if it is a little late!

Organized at last..

After seeing bubblegarms recent post showing how she arranged all her jewelery etc. , it looked so pretty and nice, and after looking at the mess of stuff in my own room, i decided it was time for me to get organized! First place i knew i needed to clear was my overflowing makeup draws, i just realised what a state it was in.. seriously i had makeup in there, never used, that was atleast a couple of years old! it's shameful!

so... after a couple of hours work - the final result..





okay.. so its not perfect but definatly, muchly improved!

FOTD

My very first face of the day!






Kind of a peach and brown, shimmery, smokey eye lined underneath with bright purple
i used the peach and the purple from the original sleek pallette, and the matte brown and black from the sleek storm pallete for crease and upper liner
On the rest of my face i used you rebel lite with some loose mineral powder to set, jelly pong pong hawaiian sun bronzer and mac pink swoon blush, natural collection moisture shine lipstick in apple blossom topped with maybelline watershine liquid vinyl lipgloss in Peach pit.

Green absinthe fairy.. moulin rouge inspired look

So this is my entry to XcatherinesbombX's Moulin rouge themed contest.
